About us
We press the stalk, not a syrup
Sugarcane juice — nước mía — is one of those drinks that only works fresh. Cane starts losing its character within hours of being cut, which is why you can't buy it in a bottle and get the same thing. So we don't. Raw stalks come in whole, get trimmed, and go through the press when you order.
What comes out is pale green, grassy, and sweet without tasting like candy. From there it's a base: blended with whole fruit, layered under açaí and chia pudding, or left alone over ice — which is still how most regulars drink it.
